Their customer service is wonderful. I was very pleased with how additive they are to the need of all customers. Very friendly staff�
Absolutely the worst place in my opinion to buy chainsaws. I bought a saw there 5-1/2 weeks ago, they are refusing to repair under warranty as the repair value exceeds the saw value.
