Dr. Shah is great but his staffing, nursing, and billing are lacking in the Old Bridge office. The nurse taking history marked my child as having a severe allergy to something that was not correct. This mistake was never changed and each time was questioned. They do not accept debit transactions so HSA or FSA will charge you a fee if you use your card. Staff never provided adequate receipts for healthcare reimbursements.
Very nice and friendly staff. They went out of their way to address my concerns. The doctor explained everything so I would understand. I highly recommend. Thank you all so much.
I've been a patient for 10 years. my son is now a patient as well. He's awesome!! he cares, hes always concerned. and so are the nurses.. office is usually busy but I don't care to wait.
