It’s always a issue with this place they change prices like I change my draws it’s one price on the phone 10$ more in person it’s not worth it

My appointment was for 2pm I get there at 1:45pm and the lady tells me the person who was suppose to do my hair isn’t coming and that I should change my style because the lady that is doing my hair doesn’t know how to do the style I want. I should have left then. Very unprofessional, rude, the shop is messy & cluttered and they braid too tight. Never again.
