Joey McQuade did a great job managing the insurance process to ensure full replacement value with our insurance company! The team did a great job from the assessment to implementation and follow up inspection. It was an easy process and the implementation team was great. What can I say about Tartan Builders? They’re excellent. They did a neighbor’s roof and it looked fantastic.. when it came time to do my own, due to hail damage and time, I gave them a call. We got Ayden as our rep, and he happens to be the general manager. This guy is so impressive, he's knowledgeable, patient, and he knows the ins and outs of the roofing business like clockwork; he worked with the insurance as well and handled all of that. I had an unpleasant experience with someone from Tartan Builders who showed up at my door unannounced. He was a blonde man who acted like he was in charge of the company, though it didn’t seem like that was actually the case. He kept pushing for an inspection even after I clearly said I wasn’t interested. When I declined again, he became noticeably rude and dismissive. The whole interaction felt pushy and unprofessional. I can not say enough great things about this company and the young man that stepped up and helped our family of 7 after we had a tragic fire !!! He saw a post that I made on fb and he immediately responded and came and and spent his own money and his personal labor to make sure that the hole in our roof where the firemen had to cut was fixed THE RIGHT WAY.
