Ayden and the team of installers did an excellent job. Ayden was very responsive and worked well with our insurance carrier to get the coverage to which we were entitled. The installers completed the high quality job quickly and did an outstanding job cleaning up (we had problems with this at other houses we've owned). Highly recommend them.
Friends/neighbors used Tartan for their roof and recommended them after a series of storms and small tornado hit our little town. We suspected damage to our roof as well and Tartan came out same day to evaluate the state of our roof. Damage was immediately noted and Collin went to work getting a claim started with our insurance company. Insurance is not the easiest to deal with, but Collin really went to bat for us to make sure we got the damage covered. Ayden Sanford, at Tartan Builders, Inc., was excellent at helping me attain a new roof, siding, and down spouts. All damaged from hail and wind. My insurance company did not want to be so accommodating; however, with Ayden's help, it all worked out perfectly. Being able to love my house again goes without saying. Ayden's knowledge and eagerness to help in whatever you may ask, and professionalism to help you achieve what you didn't think you financially could achieve is awesome. Highly recommend!
