Wonderful bakery in Plano Tart has delicious desserts! They have a lovely take-away section as well as a cute bistro area to sit and enjoy at the bakery. There are great family oriented events as well as wonderful holiday gift items. The chocolate lava cake is a must try!
Tart is a Treat My mother-in-law introduced me to Tart several years ago and even though I lived in Plano, I would always order my treats from the Lovers Lane store - I am thrilled they have opened one up at the Shops at Legacy - you must step in and visit - try one of their mini petit fours - they are to die for!
Gourmet Cupcakes This bakery shop just recently opened at the Shops at Legacy. They have a display case full of wonderful pastries and cakes. But it is their gourmet cupcakes that have brought me back again for a second time! It made me feel like a kid again with these yummy cupcakes covered in thick icing and colorful sprinkles. They have an area that you can go and have dessert and coffee. so if you are out shopping, this is a nice treat.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I went in for there yummy treats and ordered a cake. I cancelled my order a week before I needed it because the birthday girl found something different she wanted. I was told it would be refunded on my card. A month and several phone callas later my money has still not been refunded and I keep getting the run around. At one point the "owner" asked me if I was "sure" it wasn't in my bank account! As if I was lying! So I have no cake, nor do I have my refund. Friends of mine have had si... read more
