What a joke of a company ! If I could give them less than 1 Star I would. They are supposedly a pool company but refuse to fix pools or work on pools in certain conditions. When I let them know I was upset they didn’t care and didn’t try to make things right. I would never never waste your time or many with this company !

worst company on earth this company has the worst, rudest and denying customer service ever....I ordered a hot tub and it was 4-6 weeks delivery - I called to check status and was met with Kelly who works there who has a huge attitude and put the phone down on me.....then another telephone operator was rude to me..in the end the owner Mrs Tarson called and offered a refund of my deposit - denying again her staff were rude and out of line - this company will sut down itself....it is the WORST customer service and customer bas... read more

Dont walk away from Tarsons.......RUN! Worse pool purchasing experience EVER! Worse customer satisfaction and service!Would NOT recommend 2 anyone!Salesmen Don will tell you anything to get his commission!You cant expect to actually get what you order OR get it when they say. Owner Bob makes poor excuses for their mistakes and expects you to settle and pay up!Quantity NOT Quality!Rush Rush give me your money...NEXT!
