Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

He was soooo rude and his breath smelled like alcohol. I'm glad I got up and walked out before he had a chance to touch me. I think one star is one too many!

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Is this business handicap-accessible? There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all!

Yes Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
