The Chef's Table Experience (October 14) was just phenomenal. 10/10 would go again, same menu, same service, same everything! The last (eighteenth!) course, in particular, sent me straight to heaven. Epic story, lovely pairings, exceptional bites, and an all-around unspeakably (but-just-cannot-shut-up-about-it) memorable evening.
The food was spectacular and cooked over an open fire. The Sunday brunch was a tribute to traditional Valencian style tapas and paella. You can truly travel with your palate by eating at this restaurant. The service was unparalleled. I've never been to a restaurant where everyone who served you was 100% committed to providing an amazing dining experience. You can taste and feel the passion that goes into this restaurant. Truly, a unique dining experience.
What a great restaurant! Unforgettable and unique 12-course dinner for our 22nd Marriage Anniversary! It just couldn't be any better, really!!!! Amazingly delicious culinary creations, attention to detail in every dish, perfect wine pairing, outstanding service, modern decor, all the cooking is over wood fire and smoky heat, desserts are mind-blowing, and so on!! The whole team is passionate about life, not just cooking. The Chef is a true artist and works side by side with more artists. Such as Alia, who when describing the epic Prawn.. she told me of a story about her first time having it. I'd share the story but it is hers to tell.
