Clay Kelly and Tarrytown Specialty Pharmacy are real blessings to me! Before my doctor highly recommended this pharmacy to me, I knew nothing about it. As soon as I made the first phone call, the 'top notch' customer service began, just as the other reviews described. Unfortunately, it turned out that my insurance mandates that I only fill the prescription with their own pharmacy. A breath of fresh air! I had a “special” medication that I needed in a one day turn around after a doctor’s appt. They teached out shortly after I left the doctors office to inquire about my needs. They followed up with my insurance, got the pre authorization, and explained in detail the process. Their level of customer service is top notch! I appreciate Clay and staff at Tarrytown. Keeping my treatment moving forward!
Wow, what an amazing company! I was prescribed a "special" medication. This pharmacy was charged with filling it. I talked to a very nice woman as well as the pharmacist before I started on the medication. Every single question was answered, in detail. They took all the time I needed and were helpful, patient and friendly. When I needed my one refill, they called me, made all the arrangements and got it to me in plenty of time.
