I just helped my 78 year old mother lease a new Accord form Tarrytown Honda. We had a great experience with everyone, especially with the Internet Sales Manager. He delivered everything he promised, had the best price around and was great to work with. I personally never went into the dealership. I had the best experience with the new purchase of my 2011 Honda Accord. Joseph went above and beyond my expectations of how my car purchase was going to be. There was NO pressure at all throughout the whole process. He informed us of all of our options. He were considerate, kind and knowledgeable. Richard Miller met us in the parking lot with a welcoming handshake and immediately had us looking at used Hondas in our price range. He was very sociable during the few hours we spent with him and we never felt like he was being too aggressive or pushy. He understood our financial situation and worked with us. Our experience at Tarrytown Honda could not have been better! The salesman and manager that we worked with were both professional and extremely friendly and helpful. They spent a great deal of time with us explaining all of the features on the car that we purchased. The paper work was a breeze. We will definitely return to this dealership! I cannot say enough about Tarrytown Honda. All of the employees were exceptional to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. I felt I received a very good deal and it was the price and payments I was wanting and they came through. Before test driving Mike explained the vehicle from under the hood to the workings on the dash, etc. I was treated with kindness, respect and courtesy. I highly recommend Tarrytown Honda!

I went to this dealership for the first time to possibly buy a car. The salesman, Chad, was so nice, helpful and so patient with me that I actually bought a Honda Accord. Chad took his time with me and explained everything; he made me feel comfortable and not pressured to buy a car. I will recommend this dealership and this salesman to all of my friends.
