I cannot recommend Chelsea more highly. When I first sought out information regarding hearing aids, she was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. But those should all be givens... For nearly a year, now she has remained attentive, available and determined to solve or resolve any issues that have come up, no matter how large or small. Chelsea has made moving into being a hearing-aid -user (not something I ever imagined for myself) an acceptable and useful state!
