Dr. Zaid answered my questions, was thorough, responsive, and patient.
Dr. Zaid and his staff did a wonderful job taking care of my mom. He and all of his staff members were professional, thorough, quick to respond to and not scoff at all of our questions and concerns and, maybe most important, compassionate towards the entire family. Based on my experience working in healthcare, it?s extremely difficult to find all of those qualities rolled up into one provider, much less an entire team.
Dr. Zaid is the best! Easy to get along with, explains everything from beginning to end. Caring through the whole process.
Dr. Zaid was honest and caring throughout the entire process. We so appreciated his patience to answer all our questions. He was truly interested in improving the health of the patient. He wanted to be successful in everything he did for the patient. He is a great example of a smart, caring doctor. He and his assistant, Sarah were also interested in the patient's safety and during ancillary treatments away from his office and provided unwavering support. Honesty- Intellect-Skill-Caring.
