Love Tarrants Cafe' in Richmond!! All 6 of us had the 3 course special and the food was fabulous. Truly ate every bite! And the staff was so professional and courteous., all of them from the manager (who took care of me after I accidently tipped twice on a big bill) to the hostess who took our reservation, to the waiter and serving staff who asked the chef for us "What was in that wonderful dish?"
