They are the best! Timely, take care of business, friendly and they care!!
Incredibly disrespectful of my time. Checked in early online and in the office. No explanation until I approached the desk more than 30 minutes after my appointment time and said maybe another 20 minutes.. if you're running behind thats fine, it happens but have the courtesy to tell me before waiting for over an hour.
