Everyone is so nice and helpful when I come. I don’t go to to other Tarrant count credit unions because they have no patience. At this location they definitely do.

We have used the Telephone Rd Branch (since moving here 9 years ago - as a shared branch). I have to say the girls helping us get what we needed was a little too much however they pulled through for our closing and we are set. Thank you Taylor and Sharon. We appreciate you. Taylor, your patience and helping me remain calm helped.
Rude and disrespectful then blame you for getting angry. Unbelievable! They took money out of my account( because they could) then when they get the response they solicited blame me and close my account. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Do not bank here.
