Online banking app so bad they have to force-close your account because you can't even get in to check if you're overdrawn. I've been coming here for the past 4 years; do yourself a favor if you bank out of state or want to make any out of state transactions, this bank now asks you to fill out a QR code online no acceptions and there's no other way around for the people who do not have a phone to do so. Sharon also no longer works here anymore, they just lost me as a customer
Everyone is so nice and helpful when I come. I don’t go to to other Tarrant count credit unions because they have no patience. At this location they definitely do.
