Rather nice and quick experience, I think it took less than 30min walking in with no prior appointment for car registration. The place was nice and while the chairs were cold it was pleasant enough. Not a long wait time at least for a Tuesday. I wouldn't dread coming back.
Yah!! Paying taxes!!! The one good thing about this place is, they are relatively fast and super friendly.
