Having volunteered and worked there, all I can say is it was the best days of my life. I was only an assistant to Mies Novella, in records dept. I also translated for the investigators and identification dept. Then sad to say that I was fiered, no one's fault but my own. I sure miss the good old days. I truly hope that Dr. Peerwani and Miss Linda find in their hearts to forgive me. Julieta Alvidres

We unfortunately had to deal with them twice - once in 1990 when a family member passed away unexpectantly , and again in July 2006. Dr Sisler was the most recent, he stayed on the phone with me 45 minutes to an hour to explain everything to me concerning the death of our precious 4 month old . If we had only had him and his excellent staff before to catch what no other Doctor could do . He was very caring and understanding and offered his take on if it was his family member . I think they have no empathy for families at all. They are rude, uncaring, heartless. They are not thorough. They do not care how much a person is hurting. A human to them is just a number. It's very sad and disheartening, I expected more from these professionals. Before this is over I may be in touch with the Texas Medical Review Board.
