Dr. Teeter and all of the staff were always courteous, helpful and supportive. Appointments were always on schedule and efficient. The PT group Dr. Teeter recommended, Vista, is wonderful. Everyone helped me rehabilitate my shoulder without surgery. I'm very happy!
The surgeon and staff were so helpful! They helped me to move quickly and have my surgery the week after my appointment so it would work in my schedule before I started teaching for the school year.

Update as of 7/10/2025. Tx Bone and Joint responded with a bogus delay response below and has NEVER contacted me. I contacted them and no one wants to help. It has been months with no response to calls I made to corporate either. These folks don't care! Be careful of Texas Bone and Joint. This place was awful and created 2 more procedures for me that I never should have needed and my shoulder was way worse after surgery than before it. Wonderful staff, they are so nice and show they care about your recovery. Dr. Badylak did a surgery on me back in December and he was mindful of my tattoos and has always been really good at communication and making sure everything is healing the way it should. This office is wonderful.
