Dr. Tarrand listens to her patients. She explained the side effects and risks for certain medications and explained what she believed would be more beneficial given the medicines I was already taking. She also made sure that I was continuing outside therapy that is focused in DBT. She asked about my triggers and helped me understand when it would be more efficient to take my prescribed medicine. I highly recommend her! Felt heard and understood.
