These apartments are located next to a high crime apartment complex called Westgate Apartments crime sometimes over flows in on us. Management and maintenance have a very high turnover rate. The breezeway has an issue with bugs, there are weeds growing on our patio and green mildew on the siding. Our apartment had a roach issue behind the refrigerator. Had a great experience with Mr. Roy. Very professional and friendly service.
The Maintenance Engineer Roy is the best. I submitted a maintenance request in the resident portal, and he responded right away. He didn't have the required replacement part on the property and would need to order it and return the next day to complete the repair. The next morning, he came to my apartment and installed the ordered part. I appreciated the quick turnaround. Roy gets five stars in my book.
Roy was extremely nice and helpful! I was there visiting family and he came right when they needed him.
