We have a new manager now and a new maintenance person. Our new manager, Miss Lauren Green, is personable and also professional. She gets things done after we were neglected by past management repeatedly. My neighbor told me to reach out to her regarding recurring problems I've had here, and she instantly started to get them done. I am amazed! Beautiful property, friendly staff. Close to many things locally. I moved from Arizona and am excited to call Terragon home.
Lived here 5 years. Currently my main A/C is not working. They put a window unit temporarily till a part comes in. It's been 2 weeks. And believe this or not I've had NO HOT WATER for 6 days. The office manager has not even followed up with me over the entire July 4th weekend. I had to call a friend that knows the owner to get things moving. In my opinion the manager has neglected the issue. It's unexceptable PERIOD. I'm looking elsewhere. UPDATED 11-3-23 There reply is fabricated. I shorted them rent due to no hot water and... read more

I really enjoyed the BBQ this past Sunday, and I love earning Dasmen Reward Points just by attending events. We’ve been able to make some nice upgrades to our apartment using the reward points. I am changing my review because of the lack of communication and services provided by the property management. I’m attaching photos of how the property currently looks.
