The overall experience itself wasn’t bad. The waitress was very friendly and polite, the food was on time. All that being said, the food was horrendous. I ordered the lamb, the brie mushroom soup, and the gnocchi. All of them were inedible. The gnocchi was beyond mushy, the lamb was wildly gamey, while being almost raw. The green beans literally crunched when chewed and tasted like the bottom of a freezer. The brie soup was the least of the offenders, but it had zero flavor profile or texture. It's an ok restaurant in a great setting, but the food was kind of pricey for how mediocre it was
We were there in the evening and it was dark out. You could barely see the outdoors. We will be going back because the food was excellent and you could tell it is a beautiful setting in the woods. Make sure to get a reservation.
Very fancy establishment! Food was extraordinary. We are accustomed to eating duck or the prices, but it was delicious.
