I’ve never in my life had a water bill and not asked that the water be turned on, I bought a property in December. I’ve got an 610 dollar water bill to pay before they will turn it on??? They say it’s for the meter that’s on the property. Have I gone crazy or is this just crazy? Welcome to Tarpon Springs where the first thing we do is rip you off so you can start paying taxes.
