Brett was great to work with, we were long distance buyers and couldn't just drop everything to check new listings. He would check properties for us and provide his feedback and lineup multiple showings in a weekend. It took about a year, but Brett located a home that fit our needs, he guided us through the purchase that led to a flawless closing. Very honest and knowledgeable. We would and have recommend him.

If you are looking for a realtor that goes way above and beyond then Brett Cooley of Tarpon Realty is the one. Due to my mother's health needs I needed to find a home near her. Brett was able to find one right next door but it was tied up in a tricky foreclosure. With lots of hard work negotiating with the creditors and the owner in default, Brett was able to get everyone agree to terms of sale and the home was now mine. I cannot thank him enough for his due diligence throughout the entire sale.
