I live 68 miles from Tarpley's (one way). I drove there and purchased a kit to replace the roof vent on my RV. When I got home and opened the box, I discovered an important part was missing. I called Tarpley's and spoke to the manager. She informed me there was nothing she could do. Her last statement was, "let us know when your back in the area. Sorry." What good would that do?
