I had my first tattoo done at 55 I was so nervous but Steve calmed me by just talking and before I knew it I Was done,thanks Steve.
Steve Oliver does an amazing job at Tarot Tattoo in Ephrata Wa. He is meticulous and very skilled in detail work. He is also quite the conversationalist. Highly recommend
