Good clothes, but bad customer service.
Aaron was a legend helping me find a shirt for my sisters wedding. Very informative and helped me with styling. Great customer service, thanks Aaron.
Fantastic service
We had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff were rude, impatient, and had a bad attitude towards customers. Instead of assisting us properly, they seemed annoyed when we asked questions. As tourists from Malaysia, we inquired about the tax refund process, but they had no knowledge of it and were unwilling to help. It’s frustrating when staff are not properly trained, especially in a place that serves international customers. Definitely not a place we would recommend.
