Awesome trip. Olinto is very friendly, great english and knows how sustainable tourism is done right! Originally did a Cartagena to Sierra Nevada trip with him and booked a Baru trip on the way back to Cartagena for the following day.
Olinto is fabulous - speaks great English, but also knows the village of Baru very well. His personal connection to the area provides a truly local experience for those on the tour. Highly recommend!
Terrible. Dirty, overpriced, worthless. Don't let him tell you that they are an "eco-tour". He is just greedy and cheap. Save your money
Amazing day trip to Baru Island with Taroa Adventures. This has been so far the highlight of my Cartagena trip. I not only enjoy the beautiful scenery, the beach, the nice people of Baru but I got to meet a new friend who is passionate about sharing his knowledge of the island and its people. Thank you Olinto! Brent and I will be back so prepare the rum for next time �
