I would suggest that the company be more transparent with their pricing, particularly when it comes to GST. The additional charge was only mentioned at the end of the service, which caused some confusion. It would be much clearer for customers if the total cost, including GST, is provided upfront. This small adjustment would help avoid misunderstandings and enhance the overall customer experience. Other than that, I was satisfied with the service.”
