RecommendedI’ve had Danny out three or four times over the last 10-years to make minor repairs. He is priced very reasonable and has not tried to upcharge me or sell me any in needed services.
Mr. Tarlton installed our Trane units 5 years ago. Yesterday our downstairs unit stopped cooling. We called Tarlton Heating and Air and he said he would be out at 10am to take a look at it the next day even though his website says he has 24 hour service. Danny Tartlton of Tarlton heating an air installed a Train heating and air unit that one year ago at our home. We were given a two year labor warranty. My husband went to change a water filter about a month ago and we found out that the unit was not installed properly. A 4ft level was put on top and it was found to be approximately 1 3/8 inch out of level. water was coming thru cracks and screws holes and return air duct instead of the drain. There’s not a better HVAC guy in or around Charlotte. Honest, reasonable prices. All class!
I have 3 a/c units and needed one fixed last year. I called Tarlton randomly and got great service. This year was another one and I can say the same thing. Responsive, informative, and priced as expected. Very pleased.
