The amenities that came included: stained carpets, a cracked window, Had to have my garbage disposal replaced the first week, Doorlock gets jammed sometimes leaving me unable to open up my own door, roach infestation I had to take care of myself, extremely inefficient air conditioning unit (paying upwards of $200 each month in electrical bills due to the a/c) poor paint job — painted over everything, dust, flies and all. poor management (two-three weeks to fix an elevator) ske... read more
