Do not I repeat do not trust him!I am a new resident of Beavercreek and not only did the filling he did for me in March,fall out,no matter how often I called to express my discomfort,the calls went to deaf ears!!!!I am now on a very stiff antibiotic regimen along with steroids before I can have any further dental work done!!!!!Shame on you Dr.Tarlano!!!!!
