Even though the staff are friendly there's no communication. Before rescheduling after waiting for 2 hours it took me the following week that the doctor had left the office and not one of his staff members communicated with us patients that were waiting patiently. My daughter/POA has been calling the office & leaving messages for a week and had yet to hear back from anyone of the office staff. Very unprofessional
A great surgeon and physician, but it's all because he really cares about his patients.
