I contacted them multiple times for a client. My client thought I was lying about no response for weeks. So, my client went by the projects, called the phone number and emailed them repeatedly as well to no avail. I just got an email maybe 6 months later that said “Sorry for the delay.” These are million dollar homes, and no response. I can’t imagine the response for a mere $500,000 listing. What a joke.

I was referred to Chris Harwell by an architect. Had a few conversations but they ended up just wasting my time and I even had to chase them to follow up. Waste of time. Avoid.
