The Westheimer store is the most inconsistent in food quality. The manager is terrible at customer service considering their kitche staff prepares the food wrong, but they won’t replace it. The samosas were wet with grease - unlike other Tarkas where they are crispy. It’s as if their food is being pre-made and sitting around. The Tikka masala was dark brown (simmering snd cooking too long -no doubt for the kitchen to have it more like a buffet style dish) and not it’s normal orangish-red (fresh).
