Great gluten free and vegetarian options, this place is the more affordable (but just as tasty) version of The Clay Pit. Be sure to snag some of the cilantro-tamarind chutney, it's delicious and goes with everything.

Great Fast Indian&Service is Awesome – I highly recommened Tarka for food, service and prices in South Austin. Great Indian is difficult to come by in the US much less in TX. It definitely curbs your Indian cravings and best to go, as Indian tastes even better there. This place is always busy and quite authentic for Indian fare. It is not easy to find good Indian for such prices also.
