After already rescheduling my appointment due to their mistake, I drove from Akron to Cleveland and check in with he receptionist while she was friendly chit-chatting with another person in the lobby. After waiting over 40 minutes and not seen, I approach the receptionist, who is once again chatting with the same person as earlier, and she acknowledged “the computer made a mistake and did not check me in”. Not impressed. No effort, concern or motivation to investigate or think outside the box to try and help a patient. Just repetitive "I don't know", send you on your way then bill you. Smh.

Dr Rahhal stands alongside the most caring doctors I have met during this years long nightmare. She knew my issues before I arrived, took her time to learn anything that was not in my history, explained EVERYTHING to me, and made a plan to try and unravel my case. Seriously, my gratefulness for the time she spent with me cannot be articulated. I am so hopeful that she can solve my case before I get any worse. And maybe, if she does, she can help save my sister (who is in much worse shape than I) in the process.
