Horrible. Suffering for a long time with feet and legs going numb. Did different tests then sent to Mt. Carmel for EMG. He seemed to be annoyed and certainly not nice. After finished I asked him what he thinks and he curtly said 'I'll send to your physician'. I asked if anything showed up and he said 'arthritis', which even I know there is more wrong than that. He turned and walked out
Brushed complaints off as "just a small stroke" and ignored request for more more testing. False documentation of cranial nerve exam when no cranial nerve exam done. Avoid him
Dr. Gill is very friendly and professional. I have been seeing Dr. Gill for a few years now and would certainly recommend him. The wait was short, he asks about you and listens patiently to any concerns you may have. I feel very comfortable in his care. I am finally headache free after seeing a lot of medical doctors.
I waited a long time for an appointment for a deteriorating health condition. Dr. Gill cancelled the appointment at the last minute, causing a long delay with the rescheduling. Dr. Gill should have more respect for his patient's needs.
Been going for years. Says little more than "are you sure this isn't psychological? Or if you're worried about the brain tumor we found, we can do a yearly mri!" Doesn't matter if he's the best if he's a condescending jerk.
My sister saw Dr. Gill last Fri (1st visit) for blackouts; no history of mentals or addictions. He says could be mental or physical. Suggests psychiatry and orders an eeg and MRI. They'll call her next week to schedule. Monday, she has a bad spell and calls his office for help. She's on hold, and the answer comes back: 'Call a Psychiatrist'. She goes to E/R (next door to Gill), is admitted, and is going in Sat for brain tumor removal. C'mon.
Dr Gill has been my neurologist for over 7 years. He spends as much time with me to answer all of my questions & concerns. An excellent diagnostician, considerate and informative. He is direct and honest,
Dr. Gill treated my husband for 3 years for Alzheimer's and when we changed doctors we found that he had water on the brain (Hydrocephalus) and needed a shunt on his brain. Dr. Gill made a prognosis by asking my husband a few questions and continued to follow this course for the whole three years! We were so lucky that we changed doctors!
I would not recommend Dr. Gill to anyone.We were referred to him because my husband had a stroke in his cerebellum.We had to wait 3 weeks to get in to see him.When we arrived we quickly learned he had not reviewed my husbands MRI nor did he have the film for it. He walked in and asked my husband why he was here.We asked if he knew why we were there and he said for some dizziness or something like that.My husband and I were furious. He had not reviewed his medical records beforehand! NOT HAPPY!
