This one totally missed the mark, I went in for an ER follow up and was in need of an ultrasound. Tarika rushed me through the appointment, didn’t take any notes or information regarding my situation and then after saying she would put in an order for an ultrasound, she never did. I called back 4 days later to inquire about said supposed ultrasound only to find out it was never placed. My pain is/was so bad that I had to go back to the ER to get the necessary procedure that should have been placed immediately by Tarika.
