Pine Street Location in Spartanburg i wouldnt be a customer at nor work at. majority of the time i go though the drive through i windup having to wait 20+ minutes just to order even if its slow if certain people are in the drive thru. one woman name Brittany (seen it on her nametag) stands around and talks half the time ive seen her walk over out of view of the camera by the drivethru and front counter and she sits there texting or whatever. she also forgot her headset was on once and i heard her call one of her coworkers a ... read more
Pulled into the drive thru, waited behind 10 cars and no movement. Went inside, staff was absolutely clueless. Took close to 45 minutes to get a single cheeseburger.
