Felled tree with no damage.
Super nice guy, but didn’t show up the first time he was supposed to be here and I had to call him to find out why. 2nd time he said he’d be here he didn’t show up again. 3rd time he came later than I was told. Then we decided to keep our wood from our 4 trees that were already topped and asked him to still cut them so they were able to lift and keep together and he left them huge and all over the yard. Had a large tulip tree grow sideways for about 30 feet and then straight up for about another 50 feet. Hung a porch swing from it for years but the root ball was pulling up. It was in an area where heavy equipment couldn’t be used. 2 other services came out to quote and then I never heard from them again. Casey saved my moms cat out of a very large tree. He had been stuck in the tree for 8 days about 70ft up. He was so nice and talked to Tom and was so patient with him even though he kept climbing higher. 5 stars is not enough and we are so thankful for the awesome job he did.
