LOVE this place! The programming, coaches and community are outstanding. This was my first venture into formal strength training about 3 years ago. Everyone made me feel very welcome. I am completely hooked on CrossFit!
It’s hard to put into words how amazing this gym is! The programming is so world class that nothing I’ve ever encountered even comes close to it. All the coaches are incredible humans and really go the extra mile with demonstrating, feedback and personal touch. You won’t find a better gym in Teton Valley or anywhere for that matter.
Dropped in two times this week for Crossfit classes while visiting friends. Both instructors (Evan and Char) were great, class was well run, and the equipment/space were clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend if you're in the area/moving thru and have any fitness needs!
