Had an appointment for my daughter to get an exam and glasses, after the exam we had to wait for 30 mins while the only counter person helped a walk in. Little problem, I know, budget cuts, staff shortages, I get it, but it seemed unprofessional and sloppy personally. Dr. Gappy and Sieanna were absolutely phenomenal with their eye services today. I truly felt at home meeting the both of them, and I sincerely appreciate the time they took to explain everything in detail to me. Dr. Gappy was so kind and informative when taking my eye images, and Sieanna was thorough when fitting my glasses and explaining the add-ons. Great glasses selection. Fast turnaround. Also they have warranty for replacement which is great for me and my son.
My experience with Mrs. Sieanna at store Q348 was Outstanding! I came in with my Mets Gen2 glasses that I just purchased this past January. Unfortunately, my glasses were not taking a charge anymore. Mrs. Sieanna, with her positive attitude, reassured me she would trouble shoot my glasses issues and see if she could resolve the problem. She allowed me to continue shopping as she worked to correct my glasses. Once I returned after shopping, to my wonderful surprise, my Meta Glasses were fixed!!!
