Dr Alla Young provided my eye exam and was friendly, patient, and provided excellent customer service while answering all my questions and explaining the process. Selina was also friendly and provided excellent customer service processing my eyeglass order
Karla and Selena at the Rancho San Diego Optical offer GREAT customer service. They made the process super easy to order. When the arm came loose from my glasses Karla fixed them and I was in and out in minutes.
I really liked the doctor she explained to me everything as clear as possible for me to understand and if there were any concerns about anything she saw that was an issue she explained possible solutions
