Two employees and no one offering to assist me. I was ready to purchase a new set of sunglasses but the lack of service made me turn around and walk out. Their loss of business.

Glasses I bought are great, got a great deal on them and customer service was great 👍
Nice doctor. But the staff has no idea what they are doing. Incompetence only gets you a three star rating though. However, not doing ANYTHING to try to fix your mistake and putting the loss on the customer gets you one star.
