I went in a couple days ago just wanting to quickly get my glasses adjusted and Valentina was so nice about it even though it was 5 minutes before closing. I was leaving on a trip the next day and needed to quickly get them tightened and I really appreciated her good attitude and kind disposition!
Great customer service, professional and very knowledgeable with my encounter with Marissa and Molly. Everything went very smooth and it was a joy dealing with both of them. Highly recommended!! I would like to add Katie (O.D) to my commendations to the staff at Target Optical. She was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable with a great attitude! I have been going here for years and the doctors are always nice but I will stop going here because of a negative experience with somebody named Lisa. The doctor told me to talk to the front desk to see when I could get my glasses because my insurance had a waiting period. The people at the front desk were busy so I left and did not wait and decided to call in at a later date. Lisa answered the phone and was extremely annoyed that I even called in.
