Went into the Target Optical this morning. Had never been before. Met a very friendly employee named Analis. I just need to make sure Ms Alanis’s employer knows that her polite greeting this morning created a welcoming atmosphere that lifts everyone’s spirits. She was so delightful and genuine. Thank you Alanis for all you do ;)
One of my nose pads fell out and Analis helped me out. She was very polite and made sure everything went back together well. Analis also cleaned and adjusted my glasses for me.
Yvette was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient while assisting me with purchasing a new eyeglass frame. She took the time to make sure I found the right option and made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. I would also like to thank her manager, Cassie, for allowing me to purchase the in-store frame. Their understanding and willingness to help meant a lot, especially when dealing with limited vision.
