Cassie made me a happy customer today after having a horrible costa Del Mar precriotion glasses frames replaced. Taken me two months to get Costa Del Mar to replace my 3 month old frames that were falling apart. Cassie took the new frames that costa Delmar replaced and popped my old prescription lenses from the defective frame into the new ones. She didn’t have to do that for free. I’ll be coming over to Portland to see her when it’s time for my new prescription glasses.
Yvette was amazing!!! 10/10 service, she helped me find the best glasses.
