Miranda popped my son's lenses in the good frames free of charge. She was pleasantly professional and helpful. Polished up the new pair and went the extra mile to help my nonverbal 8 year old make sure they were as comfortable as possible. My family's new spot.
Not sure how this place has 4.7 rating. No one ever answers the phone. It took 2 weeks for them to verify insurance and then be told it doesn't cover the exam when my insurance does cover one exam a year. Will never go here again. I do not recommend.
Awful communication, unprofessional, uncompassionate, unsafe. The optometrist, Dr. Siddiqui, saw me on a Saturday and told her about my eye concerns. She recommended get a dilation earlier part of next week or see a specialist. I told the front desk staff, the front desk told me that they will call me to schedule, they never did. Both never told me that they were only working there on a Saturday, that anything I need will not be handled on a weekday the following week.
