I stopped to Target Optical at Marshlanding in Jax Beach today to get an adjustment on a pair of sunglasses. These were very pricey sunglasses that sat a little crooked on my face, and it seemed to be getting worse. Liz Rowe, the manager of that location very kindly took the time needed to tweak the frames until they fit perfectly. All this with no charge to me. Thanks so much for making my beautiful Smith sunglasses wearable again!

They wouldn’t help me with a return and the website says otherwise. Representative stated she didn’t know the return policies. Both people hanging out, but should take time to review your policies.
Liz was amazing to work with. I was having quite a few challenges and she found a path to a solution that no one else seemed to even know how to look. Excellent customer service.
