Hours are not updated online and they are only open 2 days a week. So when I was told to come in to get my $400 pair of glasses they were closed for another 4 days. If you have such limited hours you should NOT recommend in store shipping. Update your hours online. If you go on lunch, you should probably close the store or put it “out to lunch” so customers don’t stand in your store for 20 minutes wondering where the employee is. Multiple problems with this location
Called for days to ask about making an appointment. Finally made appointment online at different location. They cannot views appointments across stores btw. Exam was fine, ordered new glasses. No call they were in. Called one day and no one answered. Voicemail full. Called store main number, was told someone called out sick so optical was closed. 1 person calls out and you shut it down? Came in for glasses pick next day. They can’t print prescription in store. WiFi issues. They can send via email, no secure email.
