Well, I would give zero stars if there was an option for that. Yes, at first people were friendly, but got the bait and switch was trying to get contacts that were daily use and multifocal with a slight stigmatism correction. I know these actually exist, but the sample was ordered, but never came in and then I was told two months later that they were not dailies, but actually monthly. I made myself a very, very clear. I was very happy to see that target had an optical department. Since moving to Florida from New York, in need of glasses it was so convenient. Everyone was so nice, and I even got a great buy! I would highly recommend using Target's optical department.
Knowledgeable staff and a good of quality frames makes this my first choice for glasses.

Had a quick stop at the optical shop inside Target. Had a wonderful experience from the moment I crossed the threshold into the shop. Holly Godwin greeted me immediately and took care of my glasses that had a nose piece fall off. A very clean, organized nicely optical store.
