The absolute worst experience I’ve had in the 17 years of eye exams. At the time I needed an eye exam to renew my contact prescription, I was going to Walmart Vision Center, but due to losing my insurance, I was calling around to see who had a lower cost as I was paying out of pocket. Over the phone with Target I was quoted $80-100. I arrived for my appointment and was already taken back as I was waiting over 15 minutes for the employees to stop their personal conversation to attend to the patients. I’m definitely going to be changing eye doctors for both my daughter and I. My insurance covers standards contact lens exam so I decided to do contacts for my daughter and they never explained or brought up that they now only do premium contact exams and called me the next day saying I owed them money. That is absolutely unacceptable, they need to tell their patients, please beware before this happens to you. Horrible experience. Doctor refused to perform my eye exam without photos. Waste of time. I really just needed a new prescription for contacts but services were refused due to declining photos.
