Doc was amazing! She really took the time to understand the vision issues I’ve been experiencing—especially the difference between seeing things up close on the computer versus at a distance. She made me feel completely normal and reassured me that what I’m going through is just a natural part of my eyes adjusting with age. I left feeling heard, understood, and relieved.
Accidentally slept in my glasses and rolled over on them; snapped the string and a lens fell off. Took them here, and Alex was able to get them good as new and sturdy at no charge, and before I was even done shopping my glasses were sitting back on my nose and I could drive home safely. 10/10 service, would use again
