The best staffs I have ever seen
I recently got a pair of eyeglasses and took them back to fix 3x and the lenses are still way too thick for my liking and stick out of the frames from the sides. I even went back and chose the exact same frame model and brand as I had chosen from them before in hopes I would get the same result as I was really happy with the old pair I got from them a few years back but they don’t look the same. The service here is top notch, gold standard and beyond. Mark, in particular, is phenomenal on all accounts. I honestly don't think there's anything he could do better. Update: I went in again after experiencing some discomfort with the fit. I was worried I might have to get new frames, but Paula was there and she fixed it. She's an expert. I hope Mark, Paula and David get paid well. They are masters of their trade. Very patient and kind to their customers.
